Come and learn about a city program which promotes home owner occupancy in portions of Mansion Hill, James Madison Park and Tenney-Lapham neighborhoods. This program (Small Cap TIF program) provides up to $100,000 for a forgivable loan for purchase of a home in the defined area. Many of the homes are also in a national historic district which means some rehab expenses would be eligible for historic tax credits.
